Licensed Esthetician + Founder of FORME SKIN STUDIO.

I’m Shelby, the esthetician behind FORME Skin Studio. I created FORME with a simple belief: skincare should feel personal, intentional, and uncomplicated.

My approach to esthetics is centered around understanding the skin in front of me rather than following a one-size-fits-all protocol. Skin changes—from season to season, appointment to appointment, and throughout different stages of life. Your treatment should be able to change with it.

At FORME, every service is approached with intention. Whether we’re focusing on skin health, corrective treatments, brows, or lashes, my goal is to enhance what’s already yours while creating results that still feel natural and refined.

My background includes advanced training in customized facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, brow services, lash lifts, and other corrective modalities. I’m also continuing my education in healthcare, which has only deepened my interest in the science behind skin and how the body functions as a whole.

FORME is the kind of studio I wanted to create from the beginning—warm, elevated, results-driven, and never intimidating.
